The Market of new buildings in Kiev. How it has changed (January 2021)

The average cost of an apartment in new buildings in Kyiv was UAH 31,603 / m² in January 2021 as comparing with December 2020. The average cost increased by 1.2% ± 2.8%. finance.ua writes it about with reference to 100realty.ua

New buildings` apartments prices (the average cost of 1 m² of apartments in new buildings in Kiev) increased by 13.2% in Kiev since January 2020.

Comparing with the previous month, the change in prices by primary real estate classes was:

economy class – an increase of 0.03% to UAH 22,917 / m²;

comfort class – an increase of 1.4% to UAH 27,048 / m²;

business class – growth by 1.5% to UAH 44,292 / m²;

premium class – a decrease of 0.7% to 70 420 UAH / m²

The structure of new buildings by the classes is:

comfort class – 48%;

business class – 24%;

economy class – 19%;

premium class – 9%.
