The members of the new TUSIB Board that was elected last week, visited the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kyiv Mr. Yağmur Ahmet Güldere.
Trade Adviser of the Republic of Turkey in Kyiv, Ahmed Numan Ozyurt, met with members of the TUSIB Board as well. During the conversation the trade and economic relations between Ukraine and Turkey, the importance of signing a Free Trade Agreement between our countries were discussed.
TUSIB President Zafer Ozbay introduced the present members of the new TUSIB Board and Supervisory Board – Sezai Parlak, Mehmet Guler, Ayhan Birlik, Alp Agcatash, and spoke about the new goals of TUSIB`s Board and the structure of the Union.
Mr. Ozbay noted that the Union has made every effort to successfully represent the Turkish business community in Ukraine, and expressed his hope to develop cooperation with the Embassy and Trade Attaché in the future.
Speaking about the COVID-19 pandemic and the quarantine measures taken accordingly, Zafer Ozbay stressed the importance of contacts and cooperation between TUSIB and the Embassy in this process. Mr. Ozbay noted that despite all the difficulties in the business world TUSIB continues expands with new members.
Expressing satisfaction with the visit, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kyiv, Mr. Yağmur Ahmet Güldere, stressed that TUSIB is important for the Turkish community in Ukraine.
Congratulating the new TUSIB`s Board, Mr. Güldere said that as an Embassy they are ready to provide all possible support and continue cooperation.
