President of TUSIB Mete Karaer and Board member Zafer Ozbay visited a member of TUSIB the General Director of lıfecell, Ismet Yazici in the new office of lıfecell.

TUSIB Board representatives told lıfecell CEO Ismet Yazici about activities and projects related to the business community in Ukraine. They also discussed the plans of the Union for the last quarter of 2018, and the first quarter of 2019. Mr.Karaer and Mr.Ozbay congratulated lıfecell with relocation to a new office and wished success and prosperity.

Ismet Yazici shared information about lıfecell’s telecommunications market share in Ukraine, spoke about innovative products that will be offered to their customers. All this innovations will help to be more effective. Mr. Yazici stressed that he will continue to support the business community of Turkey in the future.

The new headquarters of lıfecell employ about 600 people.

Lıfecell entered into the Ukrainian mobile market in 2005 and every day continue to growth.

In 2017, the company remains being a leader in geographical 3G coverage — lifecell 3G+ network was extended to 7 thousand settlements of the country. Lifecell`s strategic focus on high quality digital services development resulted to a growth of data-subscriber number, the rise of customer satisfaction level via Internet traffic usage increase and the fast growth of popularity of our digital products and services. In particular, in 2017, there is a rapid increase of the share of smartphones in our network up to 68% (the market’s highest), 3G data-traffic increase by 88% vs 2016 and 3G-subscriber number increase up to 3,8 million.

July lifecell mobile communications operator is launching a high-speed mobile Internet using 4.5G technology (LTE Advanced Pro) in the 1800 MHz band in 232 cities and towns of Ukraine as the first step.
