Customs in smartphone. Nefyodov announced the e-Borders application

The State Customs Service is planning to launch the e-Borders mobile application in 2020. This was reported by the head of the SСS at Maxim Nefyodov at the presentation of the New Customs, minfin.com.ua writes.

The application will open the access of Ukrainians to all customs services online and allow to monitor the situation by smartphone.

In addition, the agency plans to revise the risk management system and open a business intelligence system that will allow customs to monitor the work within six months.

In particular, the portal of open data and automatic services for classification and integration with databases of other countries will work.

In early November, the State Customs Service launched an online service for calculating the customs value of cars and payments for their registration.

On November 22, the State Customs Service of Ukraine launched an online complaint system.

According to Nefyodov, about $ 480 million will be spent from the state budget for infrastructure adjustment and proper work of the customs department. The money will go to the reconstruction and completion of checkpoints, the commissioning of scanners and the purchase of weighing complexes.
