In September 2019, 35% of residents of Ukrainian cities considered the idea of ​​working emigration, 63% of respondents did not think about it. This is evidenced by the survey data of the Sociological Group “Rating”. Finance.ua informs

Reasons for migration:

50% of respondents are forced to do so to meet the minimum family needs;

27% want to realize themselves;

17% do not see their future in Ukraine.

The most desirable countries for migration are Germany (31%) and Poland (27%) for Ukrainians

The most willing to work abroad – in the western cities – Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk, Chernivtsi and Rivne (over 40%), the least – in Kherson (28%) and Poltava (31%).

According to the OLX Job Survey, the majority of Ukrainian migrants (80%) have the desire a salary of more than $ 1 thousand abroad.

The most active earners are Ukrainians aged 35-45 with higher education, who have families but cannot provide them.
